BADEL SITE REDEVELOPMENT
The project refers to the previously mentioned research concerning the optimal conception of city centre development:
The considered location should be treated as the backbone of the urban area Kvaternik Square, which as a commercial centre called Shopping Square includes the representative monumental city square –The Monument Square, the existing city market –The Market Square, and the existing city park- The Park Square.
The rational dimensions of peripheral business and residential buildings should form the central horticultural area above the respective shopping centre.
The existing industrial heritage Arko Badel should be respected and its renovation carried out in accordance with the current representative, social, cultural, leisure and business activities.
