Urban-architectural concept design for the BADEL SITE redevelopment
The distinguished jury: offer to place on a competitive area ONE, but quite large, multifunctional facility designed to meet the needs in the areas of trade, business, tourism, and for the concentration of facilities associated with the provision of health services, culture, art, sports and recreational activities. The constructive scheme of the building – monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, allows you to complete building the various features (no supporting walls), internal space is open that allows differently solve planning task of the building, saturating it with various functions (commerce, sports, medicine, exhibition halls, cultural-entertainment enterprises).
